1 ounce of unmelted unsweetened chocolate

1 cup of cold strong Dean's Beans Colombian coffee 

1 cup cold milk

1-1/2 teaspoons of sugar or stevia to taste

A few grains of salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 

I cup chopped or cracked ice

Blend 30 seconds, top with whipped cream
